  • 2 STEP HAND-HELD SHARPENER

Hello! I'm very pleased to express my joy and satisfaction with this simple but ingeniously designed little tool! My grown son had in his toolbox one day and I promptly "adopted it" permanently. The only problem was with me ..Until today I had wrongly thought that the proper method was for the "Smith's" name to be facing away from my body and down next to the table when sharpening. Thanks to enlarging your demo pic I see the name should face me.However my knives seemed to sharpen anyway, so does it really make any difference?I did not see any specifics noted about it in your instructions..I have nothing but praise about just simply the solid quality and design of this little tool that makes my life so much easier! And it obvious that Smith's employees at all levels take a great deal
of pride and respect in the company...It shows in the design attention to the ease of use factor that makes it personal to me.Thank you all at Smith's for this fantastic little sharpener and for all the other superior products I'm seeing on your site. One question..is there a convenient sharpener that will sharpen my expensive scissor blade hedge shears? ( Not notched type) any suggestions?kimberlypatton5505@gmail.com Thanks! & keep up the fine work!
